SR provides therapy for a variety of work-related injuries. This program’s goal is to maximize clients’ functional status and return them to work as quickly as possible. We ensure consistent and timely communication with our physicians and case managers regarding each client’s status.

Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) is a four-hour test that focuses on the injured worker’s physical body and its functional movements to determine maximum safe abilities and limitations. The patient is observed under various stresses, to assess strength, endurance, coordination, pace, efficiency of movement, and safety while performing physical activities. Real-life functional work activities are simulated.

Permanent Partial Disability (PPD) Rating Calculations are performed according to the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, Fifth Edition 2001.
We recommend comfortable clothing with an elastic waistline, such as shorts, and sports bras for women. Jogging suits and shoes are also suitable.
