We want to assure you the health and safety of our patients is our priority and as such, we continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak.
Our clinical teams are following recommendations and guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and state and local government authorities, and are prepared to quickly respond and adapt in order to maintain clinic operations and safely serve patients.
Our physical therapy clinics are currently open to see and treat patients, and we have implemented increased safety measures to help prevent the spread of the virus in our facilities, including:
- Limiting treatment to one patient per therapist each hour.
- Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE). Therapists will be wearing masks and gloves to protect the health and well-being of our patients and employees. As always, our therapists will continue to practice proper hand hygiene before and after each treatment.
- Cleaning and sanitizing facilities — including all surfaces before and after each patient. Our gyms, treatment tables, and equipment are routinely cleaned using CDC-approved disinfectants before and after each patient, as well as at the start and end of each day. Waiting rooms are also wiped down between each appointment.
We are committed to providing the best possible care to our patients while maintaining a safe workplace for our therapists and staff. If you believe you may be experiencing signs and symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive in the last 14 days, we ask that you call our office to reschedule your appointment.
Please note this is a rapidly evolving situation. We will notify patients directly of any clinic closures or changes to business hours as soon as those decisions are made. As always, refer to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as a reliable source for the most up-to-date information and guidance related to the virus.
