Sovereign Rehabilitation's Leaders

Meet the dedicated professionals who “make life feel better”

With a career spanning more than 30 years, Alan Grodin, president and founder of Sovereign, is one of the pre-eminent physical therapists in greater Atlanta. He is recognized as a master clinician, author, teacher, and innovator.

Through Sovereign, Alan has realized his personal vision for a truly patient-centered PT practice. Sovereign combines advanced rehabilitation services with a commitment to meet the individual needs of every person we treat. This commitment includes patient education, coordinating care with the patient’s physician, and addressing both the short and long-term goals of treatment.

The results of this approach are highly favorable outcomes and the overwhelmingly positive experience of Sovereign patients.

Sovereign’s success is reflected in the quality of the leadership team working with Alan across the practice. In addition to vice president Jill Jacobs, the team consists of seven clinic managers, each representing a different Sovereign location:

All Clinic Managers have outstanding credentials and experience, and they continue to treat patients and maintain their own caseloads (as does Alan). They see that the latest services and “best practices” are always available to Sovereign patients. (To cite one example: our use of the groundbreaking Schroth Method to help those suffering with idiopathic scoliosis.)

At every Sovereign location, the focus of our leadership remains the same: truly personalized care, delivered with the highest level of professionalism and expertise.
